Job Summary
Qentelli is seeking an experienced and client-focused QA Delivery Manager to lead and manage multiple Statement of Work (SOW)-driven QA projects at client locations. This role requires a strong delivery mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quality Assurance, experience working with software services organizations, and a proven track record of managing distributed (onshore/offshore) teams. Frequent travel to client sites in Dallas, TX will be a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple QA projects across various SOW engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Regularly visit client locations in Dallas, TX to conduct meetings, provide updates, and strengthen relationships
- Manage project scope, timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables in alignment with contractual commitments
- Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore QA teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across projects
- Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3–5 years in a delivery or leadership role
- Strong experience working in software services/IT services companies
- Proven experience managing multiple QA projects under SOW-based engagements
- Hands-on QA background with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools
- Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore coordination)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently to client locations in Dallas, TX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
- Experience in handling large enterprise clients
