
We are seeking a Lead-Level ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in CMDB and CSDM remediation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning ServiceNow ITOM processes with best practices and supporting enterprise CMDB maturity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive CMDB and CSDM remediation initiatives within the ServiceNow platform
• Provide process consulting and best practice guidance for ITOM implementations
• Collaborate with technical teams, including the assigned ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SN TC)
• Analyze current CMDB structure and recommend improvements aligned with CSDM framework
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardization across CMDB
• Support process design, documentation, and implementation strategies
• Work closely with stakeholders to align ITOM processes with business objectives
Required Qualifications
• At least one ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification (MANDATORY)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM BPC / Process Consultant
• Strong expertise in:
o CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
o CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
o ITOM processes and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Experience working in enterprise-level ServiceNow environments
Additional Requirements
• Must be based in the United States
• Must be willing to undergo:
o Background check
o Fingerprinting process
• Ability to work approximately 16 hours per week
• Expected engagement through end of the year (with possible extension via Change Order)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in regulated or secure environments
• Prior experience collaborating with ServiceNow Technical Consultants (SN TC)
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITOM frameworks
