Role Overview
- Be the trusted advisor who helps customers find the right vehicle
- Guide them through the entire buying journey
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads
- Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings
- Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
- Understand customer needs through effective KYC conversations
- Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards
- Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales
- Class 3 Driving License is required
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement
