The UG (User Growth) Design Team at TikTok is dedicated to enhancing user engagement and expanding TikTok's global user base through strategic product and marketing design initiatives. Our focus encompasses various platforms and devices, including tablets, TikTok.com, TikTok for Apple Vision Pro, CarPlay, Android Auto, and more. We tailor our designs to suit local markets, such as Japan, Korea, and others we may expand into in the future. Each country has its independent app, meticulously crafted by our UG design team to meet the unique needs and preferences of users.
Responsibilities
1. Design for TikTok Tablet, Foldable, Flip that target global users;
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers;
3. Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch;
4. Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience;
5. Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience.
