Mindlance is a high-tech company seeking a Marketing Analyst/Manager for their Program Management Office. This role is responsible for driving the execution and alignment of strategic marketing priorities across the Americas, ensuring visibility and accountability across complex initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Translate leadership priorities into structured program plans with defined workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive alignment across field marketing, global marketing, marketing operations, and sales stakeholders
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to operationalize Americas CMO and leadership team priorities
- Manage business rhythms including quarterly reviews, planning cycles, and program status reporting
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes
- Enable collaboration across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams
- Create and manage executive communication structures using SharePoint, OneNote, and Teams
- Establish and standardize PMO frameworks, tools, and templates (project plans, status reports, RAID logs)
- Ensure consistency in planning, tracking, and execution across programs
- Continuously improve processes balancing operational rigor with agility
- Develop playbooks and best practices for the regional marketing team
- Analyze marketing performance using analytics dashboards
- Track KPIs such as pipeline contribution and marketing-sourced opportunities
- Partner with Marketing Operations to derive actionable insights
- Present concise, data-driven updates to leadership
- Support rollout of new initiatives, tools, and processes
- Develop and execute communication plans to drive adoption and alignment
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Strategy & Operations, or related roles
- Proven experience working with senior leadership (VP/CMO level)
- Strong program/project management expertise (Agile, Hybrid methodologies)
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environment
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology domain
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with marketing operations and performance measurement frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Background in change management and process optimization
