Have 1+ year of experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer (preferably in marketing)
Work confidently with Figma and its plugins
Understand composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Adapt designs across formats (stories, feeds, etc.)
Proactively explore and use AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activity, and niche developments
Pay strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work quickly
Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively
Manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Learn quickly and adapt to change
