Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads using our proven outreach system
- Deliver consultative presentations tailored to each client's unique situation
- Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Submit accurate client applications using our digital platform
- Participate in team accountability calls and weekly performance reviews
- Set personal income goals and reverse-engineer your daily activity to hit them
Requirements:
- Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system
- Relevant state license required OR willingness to obtain (we provide full guidance and support)
