Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Web Components. The role involves designing and developing patient-facing autonomous agents and scalable Salesforce applications within a healthcare environment, while collaborating with business stakeholders in a Forward Deployment Engineering model.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop patient-facing autonomous agents using Agentforce and Digital Engagement tools
- Integrate agents with text messaging platforms to enable real-time patient interaction
- Embed solutions within Salesforce Service Console for contact center teams
- Build and enhance applications using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
- Develop custom UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Participate in a Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) delivery model (hybrid agile + hands-on deployment)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Salesforce solutions
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in OmniStudio
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience building autonomous agents / conversational AI solutions (Agentforce preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Digital Engagement (SMS, chat integrations)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Console and contact center workflows
- Experience working in healthcare domain (HIPAA awareness is a plus)
- Strong understanding of API integrations and messaging platforms
- Ability to work in a client-facing, forward deployment model
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience integrating SMS platforms (e.g., Twilio or similar)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Health Cloud, OmniStudio)
- Experience working in agile / hybrid delivery environments
- Prior experience in patient engagement solutions
