Evercam is a fast-scaling company redefining how construction projects are managed and measured. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outreach, qualifying inbound leads, and booking demos for the sales team, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarise yourself with the construction industry, Evercam's products, and the value we provide our customers
- Learn how to qualify marketing-generated inbound leads and conduct effective discovery calls
- Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Lead Development to own outbound outreach and lead nurturing efforts that drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and account growth
- Conduct market and account research to identify active and upcoming projects within assigned accounts and remit, map key stakeholders involved, and execute personalised outreach to convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conduct daily activities, including:
- Outbound outreach
- Pre-call research and planning
- Make a high volume and quality outreach of calls/emails/LinkedIn per day
- Follow up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
- Maintain Zoho CRM records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 Years of business development/sales experience in a B2B professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, phone skills, and English fluency are required
- Experience with CRM and email outreach platforms
- Outbound prospecting experience
- Worked both independently and as a team player
- Previous SDR or BDR experience in Saas/Construction industry experience preferred
