UI/UX Developer/Designer

System One is a company focused on digital ecommerce consumer-facing technology. They are seeking a UI/UX Developer/Designer who will work on user interface design for both internal functionalities and external users, conducting research and creating mockups to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• UI will work across salesforce, web and mobile
• Combo of internal user persona research to refactor salesforce and end user ui/ux
• Innovation side is understanding customers, research and design mockups
• Low fidelity, high fidelity

Requirements:

• UI/UX Designer or UI/UX Lead/Director experience
• Experience in digital ecommerce consumer facing technology
• Experience with internal users and internal functionalities
• Ability to work across salesforce, web, and mobile
• Experience in internal user persona research
• Ability to refactor salesforce and end user UI/UX
• Understanding of customers and ability to conduct research
• Ability to design mockups (low fidelity and high fidelity)
• Any type of CRM experience
• Ability to learn salesforce constraints in a week
• Experience with platform components
