Embrace Software Inc is a technology company seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to enhance their positioning and demand generation for their B2B SaaS portfolio. The role involves developing messaging frameworks, executing lead generation programs, and managing social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for Embrace and portfolio companies
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits, use cases, and differentiated narratives
- Create and maintain core messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials
- Build thought leadership content, case studies, and customer success stories
- Plan and execute lead generation programs across channels to drive a qualified pipeline
- Own and improve key funnel metrics: lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Partner with sales teams to align on target segments, messaging, and MQL definitions
- Support campaign execution across inbound and outbound initiatives
- Own and scale Social Media Strategy for Embrace and portfolio brands (organic + paid)
- Build and manage content calendars tailored to target audiences and industries
- Drive engagement through thought leadership, founder/leadership branding, and campaign-driven content
- Experiment with and optimize other relevant channels (email, communities, forums, etc.)
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Develop landing pages, email workflows, and campaign journeys to improve conversions
- Track campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Monitor KPIs such as leads, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Use data to continuously optimize messaging, campaigns, and channel effectiveness
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams across portfolio companies
- Enable internal teams with messaging, campaign templates, and best practices
- Ensure consistency in brand and communication across all marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong exposure to product marketing and demand generation
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and campaign performance
- Strong expertise in: Product positioning and messaging, Content and storytelling, LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid), Multi-channel campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and conversion funnels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously
- Experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments
- Exposure to Industrial SaaS, Manufacturing, or Fintech domains
- Experience managing multi-brand or portfolio marketing
