Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, keeping schedules, communication, and customer expectations on track
- Monitor service progress, productivity, and repair orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong performance
- Partner with customers and technicians on approvals, quotes, billing, and service opportunities
- Support service operations end-to-end—from maintenance agreements and invoicing to fleet tracking and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and multitasking skills
- Confidence working in fast-paced service or operations environments with close attention to detail
- Experience with service orders, invoicing, purchase orders, or similar operational processes
