LaRue is a company redefining PR as a full-funnel growth engine by blending various strategies to drive measurable revenue. They are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution across creator-led content and paid social, focusing on performance optimization and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale Canvas UGC creators, our high-volume, brand-owned content incubator
- Build and refine repeatable systems for sourcing, briefing, testing, and scaling creator content
- Launch and optimize campaigns across TikTok including Spark Ads and TikTok Shop, and Meta
- Turn organic content into high-performing paid ads
- Build and execute creative testing frameworks
- Analyze performance across CPA, CTR, and CVR and translate insights into stronger briefs
- Collaborate across PR, affiliate, and growth teams
Requirements:
- 4 to 6+ years in performance marketing, paid social, or influencer or UGC marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of UGC and creator-led growth strategies
- Proven ability to manage creators and execute data-driven campaigns
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Basic understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing workflows
- Proven track record of personally launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns (not just managing or delegating)
- TikTok Shop and creator commerce experience
- Spark Ads, whitelisting, or Sideshift
- GEO or marketplace search such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, or retail media
- Affiliate or performance PR background
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation, testing, or campaign optimization
- Familiarity with AI-driven content platforms such as Arcads.ai or similar tools
- Understanding how AI can enhance UGC production, ad iteration, or general workflows
- Experience with tools like Arcads.ai or similar AI-driven content platforms
- Ability to incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows to move faster, test more, and improve performance outcomes
