Mastech Digital is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead Global Supply Management logistics integration initiatives within a large-scale, global manufacturing environment. The role involves delivering enterprise logistics solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology-enabled logistics transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics initiatives using Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies
- Serve as an Agile delivery leader, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Partner with Product Owners to define, prioritize, and deliver logistics capabilities
- Ensure alignment with organizational PMO governance, compliance, and quality standards
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global logistics integration programs
- Oversee multiple concurrent Agile workstreams, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics
- Provide executive-level status reports, risk mitigation strategies, and decision support
- Lead migration and ingestion of logistics and shipment data into enterprise analytics platforms such as Databricks
- Oversee real-time and batch data pipelines supporting business intelligence and operational visibility
- Ensure accurate data mapping, validation, harmonization, and reconciliation across systems
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to establish data governance and monitoring frameworks
- Lead complex integrations across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and PeopleSoft
- Manage real-time, batch, and file-based integrations (FTP/SFTP) supporting logistics and financial processes
- Support ERP coexistence strategies during S/4HANA transformations
- Partner with SAP Logistics and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Drive integrations with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), carriers, and 3PL warehouse providers
- Enable capabilities such as shipment visibility, freight cost accrual, carrier order management, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate system testing, cutover, and go-live activities with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure resilience, exception handling, and operational continuity
- Support deployment planning, cutover strategies, and hypercare across multiple regions
- Establish escalation procedures, fallback plans, and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of IT Project or Program Management experience
- Proven experience delivering logistics solutions in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting global enterprises across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Hands-on experience leading Agile and product-centric implementations
- Strong expertise in integrations involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and/or PeopleSoft
- Experience managing large-scale data migrations and analytics platforms such as Databricks
- Familiarity with ERP-to-platform and ERP-to-vendor integrations, including TMS, FTP/SFTP, carriers, and 3PL providers
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight settlement, and warehouse processes
- Experience managing external vendors and global stakeholders
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
