This role is responsible for driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives and managing multi-channel campaigns to maximize market penetration and business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing roadmap for the Commercial segment, designing high-impact initiatives that consistently exceed regional booking targets and pipeline health metrics
- Serve as the lead marketing advisor to the West Region sales organization, equipping teams and partners with localized tools and Everpure resources to maximize market penetration
- Lead the creation and localization of global content into multi-channel initiatives (digital, events, and co-marketing) that engage target personas throughout the entire buyer’s journey
- Rigorously track KPIs and pipeline velocity to provide actionable insights, ensuring every dollar of the marketing budget is allocated toward the highest ROI activities
- Manage regional marketing funds and partner MDF programs with excellence, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource efficiency across all local programs
- Ability to travel to various locations, including international destinations, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time
Requirements:
- Proven success in developing and scaling integrated marketing programs specifically tailored to the Commercial market
- A strong analytical, data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into compelling Commercial business cases and actionable marketing strategies
- Extensive experience executing multi-channel co-marketing initiatives and partner-led programs that result in new customer acquisition
