They are seeking a relationship-driven Sales Account Executive to lead outbound efforts, focusing on consultative selling and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect: Find and qualify B2B leads that fit our ideal client profile
- Consultative Selling: Run discovery calls to understand client pain points and pitch tailored agency solutions
- Close the Deal: Manage the sales cycle from the first 'hello' to the signed contract
- Relationship Management: Maintain a pipeline using our CRM to ensure no lead goes cold
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in digital marketing or tech is a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills—you're as comfortable on a Zoom demo as you are in an email thread
- Self-motivated 'hunter' mentality; you don't need a manager to tell you to make calls
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Proficiency in Communication and Relationship Building to foster partnerships with clients
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or account management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
