Salesforce Business Analyst - Insurance

Aretiforce is a rapidly growing Salesforce consulting partner seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a strong pipeline of new and ongoing Insurance engagements. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions for insurance-focused clients.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
• Support configuration and implementation across Salesforce platforms
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong background in the insurance industry
• Experience working with brokers or agencies highly preferred
• Solid understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or FSC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
