Legacy Capital Partners is a private investment firm focused on acquisitions across various sectors. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern for a 4-month unpaid internship, offering hands-on exposure to both private investing and real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Support Investment Associate in sourcing, research, and evaluation of potential acquisition and investment opportunities
• Work closely with the Real Estate Associate to conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and contribute to lead-generation initiatives
• Conduct outreach to industries in the company database using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to establish connections with business owners
• Maintain and update the database of target prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on key contacts
• Track and report on outreach activities, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure progress and optimize strategies
• Build Relationships and Support Deal Flow
• Execute Apollo structured outreach campaigns to business owners, real estate owners, and brokers to source potential acquisition and real estate opportunities

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
