Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer I to join their dynamic and growing team. This role involves supporting critical initiatives, building ETL processes, and analyzing data sets to ensure quality and timely delivery of data integration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Help our customers and vendors with appropriate data needs to server our members effectively
- These Data Engineers will support critical initiatives, including the Data Super Friends program, the NC Merger, the CA MOU, and other One List priorities
- These efforts require dedicated capacity to ensure timely delivery, reduce risks, and maintain the quality of our data integration and platform support
- Expanding the team will enable us to meet growing business demands and position us for long-term success
- Understand data extract requirements from the data analysts
- Build ETL processes Snowflake and Teradata to achieve the desired result
- Analyze the data set requested for and report any data quality or observations with the third-party entity and internal team
- Write complex SQLs to analyze data sets for various standard extracts
- Understand complex data mappings to find issues and help developers to fix the same
- Performance measure: should be able to handle active projects and multiple priorities
