As the Senior Product Manager for Data Enablement, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Omada’s enterprise analytics, ensuring that teams across various functions can access and utilize data effectively. You will act as the central product owner for Omada’s analytics ecosystem, driving the culture of data and establishing governance frameworks for analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the roadmap for core data products and analytics tooling that power dashboards, reporting, and self-service analysis
- Driving the culture of data across our engineering, product and other business teams at Omada
- Partnering with data, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to ensure analytics investments are aligned with company strategy and deliver measurable impact
- Collaborating with other product managers to incorporate data science concepts into their features & experiences
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant product management or data product experience (8+ years with Master's degree, 5+ years with PhD)
- 7+ years of experience with data technology and data management, including familiarity with: Modern data warehousing technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery or similar)
- Cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Business intelligence and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, or similar)
- Data governance frameworks and data quality management
- SQL and ability to write queries and QA datasets
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
- Experience establishing governance processes & associated tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions
- Proven ability to partner with Data Teams for technical evaluation of self service tools and/or statistical model training lifecycle
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and reconcile opposing viewpoints to drive consensus
- Track record of working on problems that are not clearly defined, using advanced knowledge and conceptual thinking to develop solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred
