The Manager, Marketing Operations will support the CMO and the broader marketing organization, ensuring efficient marketing execution, budget management, and alignment between sales and marketing to drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own Event Strategy & Execution (End-to-End)Lead planning and execution of all marketing events, including:Sponsored conferencesHosted events (VIP dinners, roundtables, summits)Partner activationsEarned speaking engagementsManage logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site executionCoordinate closely with sales on attendee targeting, meeting scheduling, and follow-upEnsure events drive pipeline, not just awareness
- Run Marketing Operations & Budget ManagementOwn marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reportingManage vendor contracts, billing, and invoicing across the marketing teamEnsure spend aligns with priorities and ROI expectationsBuild and maintain operational systems that keep the team running efficiently Support Marketing and Sales AlignmentPartner with Sales to:Track event ROI and pipeline impactCoordinate meetings, outreach, and follow-upsSupport account-based and targeted marketing effortsHelp ensure marketing activity translates into measurable revenue outcomes Project Management Across the Marketing OrgAct as the central point of coordination across large-scale marketing initiativesKeep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders alignedBring structure to a fast-moving, high-growth environmentIn charge of invoicing, payments, and budget management across the org Support Content & Campaign ExecutionAssist with development and execution of:Social media contentReports and thought leadershipEvent-related content and collateralWork with internal stakeholders and partners to gather inputs and shape messaging
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience (Marketing Manager level) or 5+ years experience (Senior Manager / Head of Marketing Ops level) in marketing operations, program management, or marketing execution roles
- Proven experience managing events end-to-end (B2B, fintech, or enterprise preferred)
- Strong operational rigor: budgeting, invoicing, vendor management
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong writer with the ability to support content and messaging development
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfortable working across: Sales, Product, External partners and vendors
- Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes cross-functionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Commercially minded - you understand how marketing drives pipeline and revenue
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital assets is strongly preferred
