Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Growth to lead their sales team. The role involves owning metrics for meetings set and pipeline created, designing prospecting strategies, and recruiting top sales talent to enhance the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed monthly/quarterly metrics for meetings set, SQLs generated, and pipeline created by your team
- Design and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns
- Establish clear qualification criteria and seamless handoff processes to the AE team
- Implement tools, tech stack, and workflows that maximize ISR productivity and effectiveness
- Recruit, hire, and onboard world-class ISRs who embody Eve's standards for excellence
- Provide daily coaching on talk tracks, objection handling, discovery questions, and qualification frameworks
- Conduct regular call reviews, live coaching sessions, and skill development workshops
- Build and refine repeatable processes for prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity handoff
