The Lead Account Solution Engineer will be a technical subject matter expert responsible for driving technical sales strategy for enterprise accounts, partnering with Account Executives to design solutions using Salesforce Core and Tableau.
Responsibilities:
- Present CRM & Data solutions to a business or technical audience
- Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, as well as represent their team's needs to the executive staff
- Work closely with operations, product managers and other key team members to represent and deliver the unique security and compliance requirements of our US Intelligence Community customers
- Communicate and strategize with Sales Leadership on how best to address the region to drive customer success and closed deals
- Architect end-to-end technical solutions that integrate Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Industries) with Tableau’s visual analytics
- Build and deliver high-impact, tailored "Point-Of-View Demos" that prove the value of our platform and Tableau
