Junior Production Designer

The Sage Group’s client is a multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products. They are seeking a Junior Production Designer, Localization to support the production and adaptation of UI Screens across global markets, ensuring design integrity and functionality after localization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design integrity of localized UI screens across multiple languages and products, ensuring layouts remain visually polished and functional after localization
• Work extensively in Figma to adjust, refine, and rebuild UI layouts impacted by localization tools (e.g., fixing spacing, text overflow, alignment, and hierarchy issues)
• Adapt existing creative for international markets, maintaining brand integrity while accounting for language expansion and regional nuances
• Prepare production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver assets on time and at scale
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all localized assets meet design and technical specifications

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or design for localization-focused roles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong experience working on UI layouts and design systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and multilingual formatting
• Ability to identify and resolve layout/design issues caused by translated content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with localization tools (e.g., Smartling) or similar workflows
