Senior Manager, FP&A (Founding Finance)

QuadSci.ai is an AI platform that helps enterprise software companies drive predictable growth by orchestrating intelligence across the customer lifecycle. As the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will own financial planning and analysis, partner with the leadership team, and establish planning processes to support key business decisions as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the company’s financial model
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Track performance and clearly communicate key drivers and variances
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights
• Support decisions on hiring, spend, and investment tradeoffs
• Build receivables and payable processes to scale
• Establish planning and reporting processes from scratch
• Create consistent reporting cadence and performance visibility
• Implement tools to support planning and analysis
• Prepare board materials and performance updates
• Support investor reporting and fundraising efforts (models, diligence)
• Define and track key company metrics
• Analyze unit economics, including AI-related cost drivers (e.g., compute, usage)
• Partner with Product and Engineering to understand cost structure
• Work closely with external accounting to align actuals with forecasts
• Improve reporting accuracy and financial visibility
