MindShift Digital is a strategic marketing agency and consultancy helping established businesses grow with precision. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who will own campaign strategy, execution, and management across their client portfolio, ensuring measurable growth and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- You design campaign structures for new client launches and major rebuilds, covering funnel alignment (TOF/MOF/BOF), audience segmentation, testing frameworks, budget allocation, and platform strategy across Google and Meta
- You own the hands-on work: setup, monitoring, bid management, creative rotation, budget pacing, and ongoing optimizations across the client portfolio
- When campaigns underperform, you identify root cause and prescribe corrective action
- You collaborate with the Content Strategist on hook strategy, messaging angles, creative testing, and fatigue signals
- You conduct regular audits across active accounts, reviewing structure, search queries, targeting, conversion tracking, creative rotation, and budget efficiency
- You stay current on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads changes and surface opportunities before they become missed advantages
Requirements:
- 6+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, hands-on
- Proven experience diagnosing and turning around underperforming campaigns
- Experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend across multiple clients
- Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot for performance analysis
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, campaign architecture, and testing frameworks
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad performance
- Confident communicator, both internally and in client-facing contexts
- Prior agency or multi-client portfolio experience strongly preferred
