
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Mostly Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Manage core ITSM modules
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Perform user administration, roles, groups, and access controls
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms
Support integration efforts with external systems
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and incidents
Participate in release management and upgrades
Ensure compliance with federal security and change management standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Active ServiceNow Certification (CSA required; CAD preferred)
5+ years of ServiceNow Administration/Development experience
Strong experience with:
ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
ServiceNow configurations and workflows
Experience working in Federal / Government environments (preferred)
Understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
