Seeking a Process Analyst to support Asset Management operations by bridging business and technology. The role involves analyzing asset lifecycle processes, supporting enterprise asset management systems, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support, issue triage, and root cause analysis for asset management applications
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and operational reporting
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ad-hoc analysis using SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Support testing, defect resolution, and system enhancements
• Develop documentation, reports, and process improvements

• 3 7 years in Process/Business Analyst role
• Experience with Asset Management/ERP/CMMS systems
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
