Electronics Systems Engineer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Electronics Systems Engineer to contribute technical expertise to support AI research and training initiatives. The role involves designing and developing occupation-specific questions based on real-world electronics engineering experience and requires independent work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop occupation-specific questions based on real-world electronics engineering experience
• Contribute technical expertise to support AI research and training initiatives
• Provide structured insights to improve AI understanding of electronics engineering concepts and applications
• Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while meeting project requirements
• Accurately log work hours and ensure consistent delivery of assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Strong years of full-time experience as an Electronics Engineer (excluding computer engineering)
• Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
• Strong understanding of electronics engineering principles, systems, and real-world applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
