The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing programs within a PMO environment, focusing on training and change management. The role involves leading large-scale initiatives, applying Organizational Change Management principles, and utilizing Jira for project tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives focused around training and change management
- Managing large, complex, long duration projects working with 3+ functional areas (i.e. Product Management, Delivery, Curriculum Development, IT, Operations, Finance, HR)
- Apply intermediate to advanced Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles to facilitate smooth adoption of change across stakeholders
- Leverage Jira for project tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience managing projects/programs in a PMO environment
- Proven track record managing large-scale change and business focused initiatives around the development/launch of new/improved courses, development/launch of new/improved education recognition programs, org-wide improvements, data modernization, new LMS
- Experience working with Jira
