FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for managing the inbound sales pipeline and qualifying leads to connect prospects with the platform's solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision
- Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world
- Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team
- Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time
- Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role
- Excellent written and spoken English - you are often the first impression we make
- Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look
- A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating
- Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads
- Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI
- Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
- Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation
- Additional European languages beyond English
