Responsibilities:
- Driving new business development and revenue growth
- Building and managing a strong, consistent sales pipeline
- Refining and optimising the end-to-end sales process
- Identifying and converting new partnerships and client opportunities
- Working closely with leadership to align sales strategy with growth goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Sales Lead, Head of Sales, or Sales Director capacity
- Strong background in digital, eCommerce, marketing, or B2B services
- Experience working independently or in a fractional / consulting capacity
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
- The ability to build structure in early or scaling sales environments
