Facilities Project Manager

3Core Systems, Inc is a technology company seeking a Facilities Project Manager who will oversee multiple facility-related projects and programs. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing facility-related programs while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple facilities-related projects (renovations, new site launches, relocations, consolidations)
• Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee daily operations of buildings and physical spaces
• Ensure maintenance, repairs, and vendor services are executed effectively
• Manage space planning, utilization
• Manage relationships with vendors (HVAC, security, janitorial, construction, etc.)
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Develop and manage facilities budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
• Ensure facilities meet all regulatory, health, and safety requirements
• Oversee programs related to workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity
• Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) to support business needs
• Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to leadership
• Identify inefficiencies in facilities operations and implement improvements
• Standardize processes across multiple sites or regions
