Caveon is a test security and assessment technology company focused on ensuring fair and secure exams. They are seeking their first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and launch a new outbound sales motion for their SaaS business, engaging prospects and booking qualified discovery calls.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts
- Activate and manage outreach to approximately 250 prospects per month using marketing-provided lead lists
- Book a minimum of 12 qualified discovery calls per month for Sales Directors
- Learn and effectively articulate Caveon’s SaaS offerings and key differentiators in test security and proctoring technology
- Target key buyer personas including Assessment Quality Directors, Assessment Managers, and Program Directors
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates aligned with performance metrics
- Partner closely with Sales Directors and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Proven success generating qualified meetings or pipeline through outbound prospecting in a SaaS environment
- Experience executing multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) at scale
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience selling digital security services or related technologies is a plus
- Highly self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement
