MontyCloud is a leading cloud automation and FinOps platform helping organizations optimize their cloud environments. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers, ultimately setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound leads and route to appropriate sales reps
- Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets
- Identify customer needs related to cloud cost optimization and governance
- Conduct account research (cloud usage, tech stack, org structure)
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- High energy, coachable, and resilient
- Interest in cloud, AWS, or FinOps is a plus
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesloft
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience selling into IT, DevOps, or finance teams
