About this role
Anuttacon is focused on building the data foundation for next-generation AI models. The role involves identifying emerging data sources, developing strategic partnerships, and translating technical requirements into actionable vendor conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Map and expand our ecosystem: Continuously scan the global AI data market — data vendors, research labs, annotation platforms, synthetic data providers, and adjacent players — to identify high-signal sources before they become commoditized
- Drive strategic partnerships: Lead end-to-end partnership development, from initial outreach to commercial terms, with a focus on building durable relationships rather than transactional deals
- Own the sourcing thesis: Develop and maintain a point of view on what data types, formats, and sources our modeling teams will need 6–18 months out, and translate that into a proactive sourcing roadmap
- Be the bridge: Work closely with algorithm and data teams to deeply understand technical requirements, then translate those into vendor conversations that non-technical counterparts can actually deliver against
- Negotiate with leverage: Structure deals that balance cost, exclusivity, quality, and IP risk — with the sophistication to handle complex licensing and compliance considerations across jurisdictions
- Build institutional knowledge: Document market intelligence, vendor assessments, and deal structures in ways that make the whole team smarter over time
