HomeStory is a company dedicated to improving the home buying and selling experience by connecting buyers and sellers with agents and lenders. They are seeking a Product Designer to shape their platform and contribute to product strategy, marketing, and user experience, working closely with their team and bank partners.
Responsibilities:
- Product design across HomeStory’s platform — search, agent matching, loan officer tools, homebuyer experiences
- Marketing materials, landing pages, and co-branded campaigns for national lender partners
- Design research and usability testing to make sure what we’re building actually works
- Data visualizations that make complex mortgage and real estate information digestible
- Strategic design input on new product initiatives — we want your opinion, not just your output
Requirements:
- A portfolio that shows you can think through a problem, not just style one
- Figma proficiency
- Hands-on experience with AI tools: Figma AI, Claude (Cowork / Code), Cursor, or equivalent
- Responsive web design experience
- Someone who brings a point of view, and can back it up in a room with stakeholders
- Thick skin for feedback and a bias toward action
- B2B2C or enterprise product experience
- Systems and component thinking
