LHH has a client seeking a Remote Project Manager who will be responsible for managing teams to execute projects effectively. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to support successful project execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards
- Develop and communicate project updates, status reports, and key messaging to stakeholders and leadership
- Review team deliverables to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants to support project and instructional content development
- Serve as liaison between engineering managers and development teams to improve productivity and support skills development
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and obtain critical information
- Monitor project and team progress, provide feedback, and help foster agile practices and continuous improvement
- Identify problem areas, drive improvement conversations, and support teams in testing and implementing solutions
- Establish, track, and report performance metrics and empirical data to improve team effectiveness and project outcomes
- Research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials and content based on various inputs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong project management expertise with proven ability to deliver projects successfully
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using MS Project or other project management software/tools
- Ability to develop, customize, and manage instructional/training materials and content
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting agile methodologies, team performance improvement, and process optimization
