WoodWing is a company that helps brands, agencies, and publishers tell their stories through digital asset management and multi-channel content creation solutions. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and set up meetings for the VP of Sales, playing a critical role in pipeline development and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts within key industries
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the VP of Sales
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting-setting targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to meet activity or quota-based targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, competitive mindset, proactive and resilient
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Desire to grow into an Account Executive role
- US based with work hours aligned with Eastern time zone
- Willingness to travel (less than 20%)
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
