Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-impact brand initiatives in the pharmaceutical advertising sector. This role involves leading project management efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple pharmaceutical brands, from kickoff through launch and optimization
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR), and Production
- Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Oversee development of omnichannel campaigns (digital, print, video, CRM, social, etc.)
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, maintaining brand consistency and accuracy
- Track project financials, including estimates, scopes of work (SOWs), and budget reconciliation
- Facilitate internal and client status meetings, providing clear updates and next steps
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency or healthcare marketing environment
- Proven experience managing pharma brand launches or high-visibility campaigns
- Strong understanding of the MLR review process and regulatory requirements in pharma marketing
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
