The Plumtree Group Global is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media - Meta Focused) with proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for both service-based and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate will strategize, execute, and optimize Meta ads to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness across various funnel stages.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other ad networks
- Develop separate funnel strategies tailored to both service offerings and e-commerce products
- Manage and optimize ad spend to meet KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CPA, etc.) across various audience segments and campaign objectives
- Implement and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom events for both service-based and e-commerce goals
- Create and test ad creatives and copy aligned with different customer journeys (lead generation for services vs. direct conversion for products)
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party tools to generate insights and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, CRO, dev) to improve landing pages and user flow
- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, privacy changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads for both service-based and e-commerce businesses
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and optimize performance at various stages of the customer funnel
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, lead gen forms, remarketing, and dynamic product ads (DPA)
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools
- Experience in setting up Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate event tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Prior experience working with software houses, SaaS products, or digital agencies
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels
- Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns in competitive markets
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and advanced audience segmentation
- Certification in Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot or GHL is a strong plus
