Lace is a well-funded GenAI startup transforming the Home Services industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, website inquiries, event leads, and marketing-generated prospects, ensuring all high-intent leads are contacted within SLA
- Qualify inbound prospects against defined ICP criteria including company size, vertical, use case, timing, and urgency to determine true sales readiness
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive with clear context, notes, and next steps to ensure a strong handoff
- Deliver a professional, helpful, and consultative first interaction that sets the tone for the entire sales process and reflects the Lace brand
- Maintain accurate lead statuses, activity logs, and follow-ups in HubSpot to ensure clean, reliable pipeline data
- Own follow-ups for no-shows, reschedules, and unresponsive leads to maximize conversion from inbound demand
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize inbound workflows, routing logic, and conversion rates
- Follow defined inbound processes while providing feedback to improve speed, quality, and consistency as volume scales
- Track and consistently hit key SDR metrics such as speed-to-lead, meeting set rate, qualification rate, and pipeline contribution
