Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure

Fintal Partners operates in high-performance, technology-driven environments focused on building resilient systems. They are seeking an experienced Production Software Engineer to help build and scale infrastructure supporting a complex, high-performance production environment, with a focus on improving reliability and reducing operational overhead.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement pipelines that streamline how changes move into production—from validation through deployment
• Build and enhance monitoring systems with a focus on incident response and operational visibility
• Develop tooling and infrastructure to improve reliability and reduce manual overhead in production environments
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen feedback loops across production workflows
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to standardize and improve production environments
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming experience (Python preferred)
• Broad understanding of systems, including networking, hardware, operating systems, databases, and web infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflows
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and improve complex systems, including security considerations
• Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar technologies
• Experience in production or infrastructure environments is beneficial
