Ross Video is a company that focuses on innovative technology for live productions and events. They are seeking a Product Manager for Replay Solutions who will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and market positioning for their Replay product portfolio, ensuring it meets customer needs and market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the long term product vision and strategy for the Replay product portfolio, aligned with Ross Video’s broader Production Workflow direction
- Identify and articulate the core customer problems Replay products are intended to solve across different market tiers (venues, OB trucks, broadcasters, service providers)
- Develop and maintain multi release product roadmaps
- Research market problems, customer workflows, and the competitive landscape within replay and live sports production
- Gather and integrate input from customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Specialists, and engineering into compelling product strategy
- Maintain a knowledgebase of win/loss data and product usage insights gathered from Sales and customers, using this data to guide product direction
- Maintain an understanding of emerging trends in replay technology, REMI workflows, and production economics
- Work closely with Product Marketing to define and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Replay solutions
- Support product launches by contributing to go to market plans, messaging frameworks, and customer facing narratives
- Ensure positioning and messaging remain aligned with user personas, target verticals, and geographic markets served
- Partner closely with Product Owners to translate product strategy and roadmap intent into executable Product Goals
- Provide strategic context and constraints to inform backlog prioritization without owning sprint priorities or backlog ordering
- Support Product Owners in stakeholder alignment while respecting PO decision authority for delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Strong understanding of live production workflows, particularly sports and replay environments
- Familiarity with professional broadcast technology, media infrastructure, and software driven production systems
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning for complex technical products
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Sales, and technical teams
- Experience working with customers to understand workflows and translate feedback into product strategy
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product value to diverse audiences
- Comfortable balancing long term strategy with near term business realities
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagement, events, and internal alignment
- Passion for live production, sports, and storytelling through technology
- Valid passport and driver's license
