Software Engineering Manager

The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers to ensure timely software project delivery, focusing on innovative healthcare software products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative healthcare software products
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and testing
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development methodologies and quality assurance
• Manage technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans
• Stay abreast on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software development

Requirements:

• 8+ Years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in building and deploying healthcare software products (a plus)
