Digital Onboarding, Inc. is a software company that helps banks and credit unions retain and expand customer relationships through an automated engagement platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for key areas of their platform, focusing on creating impactful customer experiences for financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Digital Onboarding product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through research, customer feedback, and data to inform product direction
- Define and prioritize product requirements with clear user stories, criterium and business justification
- Partner closely with our design and engineering teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and align sales and marketing, client services, and technology teams
- Maintain a firm grasp on martech and fintech in banking including competitive friction and market trends
- Collaborate with CS and Sales to enable go-to-market readiness and monitor user feedback to ensure customer and market insights continuously inform the roadmap
- Embrace AI to multiply self-performance and productivity
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferable with demonstrated experience in financial or marketing technology
- Proven track record of delivering complex end to end product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Deep understanding of customer needs
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work effectively with technology teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization and outside of the organization
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in an agile, ambiguous environment
