We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead digital transformation and product delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive product strategy, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in Agile environments. This role requires strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and product roadmap.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and OKRs to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including APIs and system integrations.
Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive MVP definition, release planning, and roadmap execution.
Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and validation with business stakeholders.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
Support cloud migration, microservices architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD environments.
Lead digital transformation and AI/GenAI initiatives, including defining use cases and integrating intelligent solutions.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric product design and delivery.
Manage stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
Proven expertise in:

Requirements elicitation and documentation
Product backlog management
User story creation and acceptance criteria definition
Product roadmap and release planning

Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and system design concepts.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:

JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO)
Visio, Miro
Postman, Swagger

Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and data analysis.
Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and DevOps practices.
Experience in UAT coordination, test strategy, and quality assurance processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) use cases and integrations.
Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Certifications such as:
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
