Develops and builds custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
Transformation: Create XSLT, Document Transformation, and custom reports (RaaS) to transform and extract data.
Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and support production integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
Data Mapping: Define and map data between Workday and external HRIS, Payroll, or Benefit systems.
Workday Tools: Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Report Writer, and Business Processes.
Web Services & APIs: Experience with REST, SOAP, WSDL, and API integration.
Data Formats: Proficient in XML, XSLT, JSON, and CSV data transformation methodologies.
Security: Knowledge of Configurable Security, Security Groups, and Domain Security Policies.
The resource must be well versed with Workday Financials and have extensive experience supporting Security Tickets, Access Management, Set-Up and Configure Security Groups, Assignable Roles, Domain Security & Permissions, maintain tenant security, migration paths, Object Transporter, access controls to align with organizational policies.
Experience with Authentication Policies, Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required.
Experienced in Workday EIB template generation, population, and ability to load data using advanced-level Excel skills.
