What You Will Do
This role will support our growing DIY division by helping plan, track, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives. The intern may also conduct research on the market/competitors and customers, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making. The intern may also participate in high-level business/strategy discussions to guide functional decision making (e.g., Marketing, Product).
Key Responsibilities
Track milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
Assist with evaluating tools and workflows that improve visibility and efficiency.
Prepare executive ready presentations, updates, and summaries.
Translate complex information into simple visuals and takeaways.
What You Need to Be Successful
Pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Strategy, Analytics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Expected graduation: December 2026 – June 2027).
Interest in project management and business problem solving.
Strong research, organization, and analytical skills.
Clear written and visual communication skills.
Comfortable working with data and basic business or financial concepts.
Strong time management and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Compensation & Internship Details
Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
