Are you detail-oriented with a passion for residential property maintenance? We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our CoMo rents team. This position offers hands-on experience in maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals. We are looking for an energetic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
Pay: $24/hour
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
• General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general electrical knowledge needed.
• HVAC-EPA certification and knowledge of safety procedures is a must.
Responsibilities
• Regular maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep and appearance of rental properties, both inside and out.
• Interact with tenants on service requests and resident improvements.
Expectations
• Office-based role with regular weekday hours
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work with a team
